Schnoodle - a mix between a mini/toy poodle and a purebred Schnauzer.

Schnoodles are popular because of their incredibly loving temperaments, low shedding coats, hypoallergenic features and health. Schnoodle puppies are wonderful with children as they are easily trained, highly intelligent and love being with their owner. They are some of the most calm of all doodle varieties. They seldom bark, and they love to cuddle.

(These advantages are typically the case, but cannot be guaranteed to be true of each individual doodle puppy.)

  1. Healthier due to Poodle hybrid vigor

  2. Hypoallergenic Coat

  3. Intelligent and Dependent Personality

  4. Schnoodles are usually very friendly with kids

  5. Small breed (Schnoodles are one of the smaller doodle breeds)

Schnoodles are "teddy bear" dogs beloved for their calm demeanor, high level of intelligence, and low-allergen coats. Schnoodles carry the best traits of their parents: the energy and intelligence of the poodle alongside the trainability and loyalty of schnauzers. Poodles are ranked one the healthiest breeds in the world living many times over 16 years of age and also ranked as the 2nd most intelligent dog breed in the world.

With this combination, the Schnoodles have incredible personalities. They are loving, trusting, intelligent and dependent. Schnoodles are well-known for their inherited smarts, and they are easy to train once their owner understands the best way to motivate them. The "teddy bear" of dogs. Schnoodles are beloved for their calm demeanor, high level of intelligence, and low-allergen coats.  They are extremely good with children and are very patient.

Maintenance for a Schnoodle will depend on the exact type of coat that the dog has. The Schnauzer tends to shed more than Poodles, so a Schnoodle will be either low to non-shedding depending on whether it inherited its coat from the Schnauzer side or the Poodle side. For the most part, the Schnoodle will require brushing on a weekly basis in order to ensure the coat remains free from knots and snags. A Schnoodle with a Poodle coat may need to be brushed on a more frequent basis. In addition, the toenails of the Schnoodle will need to be filed or clipped on a regular basis. Several times per year, the coat of the Schnoodle will need to be trimmed.

Brown’s Babies Schnoodle colors vary from litter to litter, with our most common colors being Black & White and Black & Tan. Occasionally Blenheim, Apricot, Cream, Tri-color, and Black Schnoodles.
